PK Forced Draft Modu-Fire
A perfect part load performer, the 88% efficient Modu-Fire FD changes both fuel and air at constant ratio to match boiler output to actual heat demand, so it produces clean, efficient combustion across the entire firing range of the boiler. This smooth, 5:1 turndown can track varying loads down to 20 percent of rated capacity. The efficiency of the Modu-Fire FD actually increases as the firing rate decreases, so you achieve maximum efficiency when the load is small, exactly when you need it.

PK Hybrid Sytems Condensing & Non-Condensing
A powerful and innovative tool, our hybrid boiler systems
utilize both condensing and non-condensing boilers in the
same boiler room. Our customers often save 50% or more
on fuel and 30% or more on installation costs. Hybrid systems
make saving energy and "going green" practical and affordable.
Use a non-condensing boiler where the required water
temperature is high. Use a condensing boiler where a lower
water temperature can be used. Or consider a more innovative
solution: divide the load between the boilers, one or more of
each type, and install a control package that dispatches the
right boiler based on current load conditions and water
temperature requirements.
PK Semi-Instantaneous Water Heaters 
Water heaters without storage respond quickly to load demands and have a small footprint. They are a cost effective solution in situations where storage is not necessary.

Its design, which focuses on a small heater that produces high volume output at a closely controlled temperature, makes it the ideal water heater for any building owner. The Compact features PK's unique Anticipator® control, which continuously meters heating medium demand to exact proportions of hot water requirements and regulates the hot water outlet temperature to a close tolerance of ±4°F of set point, even with sudden fluctuating draws. Constantly pumped circulation stabilizes temperature control at all draw rates, continually monitors water temperature, and prevents scale formation in most water conditions.

P-K Thermific Hot Water Boiler
When it comes to small size, big output, PK’s Thermific® Gas-Fired Hot Water Boiler is hard to beat. So compact that even the largest models can be moved through a 30" doorway; the Thermific also delivers one of the highest thermal efficiency levels that a non-condensing, gas-fired boiler can achieve. Its state-of-the-art vertical design, utilizing a radial-fired, fan-assisted burner/heat exchanger, is the key to the Thermific’s efficient performance, enabling it to operate at a CSA certified thermal efficiency of 85 percent as a Category I non-positive, non-condensing appliance.
